新生儿窒息程度与血清酶学变化的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨分析早期血清酶活性变化与新生儿缺氧窒息程度的相关性。方法 2010年1月至2012年12月,本院NICU共收治新生儿窒息121例,其中轻度窒息72例,重度窒息49例,动态观察患儿血清酶活性变化,比较两组患儿体内血清酶水平的变化情况。结果轻度窒息组和重度窒息组患儿血清酶AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB均值重度窒息组较轻度窒息组增高,两组患儿LDH、CK-MB均值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论新生儿窒息可致其体内血清酶活性增高,且增高程度与窒息程度有一定的关联性,但还需进一步动态观察。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation analysis of the extent of early serum enzyme activity between fetal asphyxia. Methods Form January 2010 to December 2012,121 cases of neonatal asphyxia were treaded in NICU,including 72 cases of mild asphyxia,49 cases of severe asphyxia,dynamic observation of changes of serum activity were compared between the two groups of children vivo changes in the level of serum enzymes. Results The mild group and severe group of serum enzymes AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB mean severe asphyxia group mild asphyxia group increased,the two groups of children of LDH,CK-MB,the mean difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion The neonatal asphyxia can cause increased their serum enzyme activity in vivo,and the higher the degree of asphyxia there is a certain degree of correlation,but needs further dynamic observation.
