p-ERK-1及相关因子在子宫内膜癌中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的检测子宫内膜癌组织中p-ERK-1、p-p38和ERK-1 mRNA表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用原位分子杂交方法和免疫组织化学S-P法检测60例子宫内膜癌、32例正常子宫内膜组织中三者的表达情况。结果子宫内膜癌组织中p-ERK-1和p-p38表达定位于细胞核,ERK-1 mRNA的表达于细胞浆,其阳性表达率分别为68.33%(41/60)、55.00%(33/60)和78.33%(47/60),明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P〈0.05)。p-ERK-1、p-p38蛋白和ERK-1 mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期及病理分期有关(P〈0.05);在子宫内膜癌组织中p-ERK-1蛋白和ERK-1 mRNA表达存在一致性(P〈0.05),三者之间表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 p-ERK-1、p-p38蛋白和ERK-1 mRNA在子宫内膜癌呈高表达,且与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。

Expression and significance of p-ERK-1 in endometrial carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To determine the expression of p-ERK-1,p-p38 and ERK-1 mRNA in the endometrial carcinoma and the significance.Methods The expressions of p-ERK-1,p-p38 and ERK-1 mRNA in 60 endometrial cancer cases and 32 normal endometrial tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry S-P.Results The expressions of p-ERK-1 and p-p38 were located with the cell nucleus and the endometrial.The expressions of ERK-1 mRNA was located with the cell plasma.The positive expression rates were 68.33%(41/60)、55.00%(33/60) 和 78.33%(47/60)which were significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissue in 0.0(P0.05).All ther expressions were related with myometrial invasion,lymph nodemetastasis,clinical stage and pathological phasing(P0.05).In endometrial carcinoma,the expressions of p-ERK-1,p-p38 and ERK-1 mRNA were positively correlated with each other(P0.05).Conclusions p-ERK-1,p-p38 and ERK-1 mRNA were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma cases and their expressions were related with the occurrence,development and metastasis.of endometrial carcinoma.
