探讨糠酸莫米松吸入治疗过敏性鼻炎对支气管哮喘的影响

目的试验和分析糠酸莫米松吸入治疗过敏性鼻炎对支气管哮喘的影响。方法选取本院收治的过敏性鼻炎及支气管哮喘患者158例,作为研究对象。随机分为糠酸莫米松吸入治疗观察组和普通疗法对照组。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2月后的咳嗽,鼻塞,鼻痒,喷嚏的次数。综合以上的几种临床症状判断糠酸莫米松吸入治疗过敏性鼻炎对支气管哮喘的临床疗效。记录患者的并发症并分析。结果两组患者治疗2月后,观察组的总有效率有明显具有优势,P均〈0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。观察组的总不良反应明显小于对照组,两组比较差异明显,P均〈0.05,差异均具有统计学意义。结论糠酸莫米松吸入治疗过敏性鼻炎积极有效,并对支气管哮喘有积极影响。值得临床的广泛推广与应用。

To explore of inhalation on mometasone furoate for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and the effect of bronchial asthma

Objectiv To test and analyze the effect of mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis in patients with bronchial asthma. Methods 158 patients with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma methods in our hospital patients,as the object of study. Randomly divided into mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment observation group and conventional therapy group. Cough,compared two groups of patients before treatment and after February,stuffy nose,nasal itching,sneezing frequency. Based on the above several clinical judgment of mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis clinical curative effect on bronchial asthma. The complications were recorded and analyzed. Results of the two groups of patients after February,the total effective rate of observation group has obvious advantages,P 0.05,had statistical significance. The total adverse reaction observation group was significantly less than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significantly,P 0.05,had statistical significance. Conclusion mometasone furoate nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis is effective,and has a positive effect on bronchial asthma.
