依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸及脉搏波传导速度的影响

目的观察依那普利叶酸片对H型高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）及脉搏波传导速度（baPWV）的影响。方法选择126名原发性高血压患者,随机分为依那普利叶酸片治疗组（62例）和依那普利治疗组（64例）。依那普利叶酸片治疗组患者口服依那普利叶酸片,依那普利治疗组患者口服马来酸依那普利片,1/d,疗程6个月后测量血压。两组均于治疗前后测量血压,检测baPWV,测定血浆Hcy。结果依那普利叶酸片治疗组治疗后Hcy（9.7±2.6）μmol/L、baPWV（1370±241）mm/s,低于马来酸依那普利组治疗后Hcy（18.5±3.8）μmol/L、baPWV（1629±249）mm/s,两组比较差异有统计学意义（（P〈0.05）。结论依那普利叶酸片治疗对H型高血压患者具有降低血浆Hcy,同时降低baPWV作用,可改善H型高血压患者的动脉弹性。

Effects of Enalapril Folic Acid tablet treatment on homocysteine and pulse wave velocity of patients with primary hypertension

Objective To study and analyze the effect of enalapril folic acid tablet treatment on homocysteine and pulse wave velocity of patients with primary hypertension. Methods 126 patients with primary hypertension were divided into the observation group and control group,with 62 patients in observation group and 64 patients in control group. The patients in observation group received Enalapril Folic Acid Tablet reatment. The patients in control group received enalapril treatment. The treatment course was 6 months. The levels of homocysteine,baPWV and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of homocysteine and baPWV in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,（ 9.7 ± 2.6） μmoL/l vs. （18.5 ± 3.8） μmol/L,P 0.05; （1370 ± 241） mm 10 VS. （1629 ± 249） mm 10,P 0.05,respectively. Conclusion The Enalapril Folic Acid Tablet treatment can reduce the levels of homocysteine and baPWV. And the treatment is effective and safe and can improve arterial elasticity.
