丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脉管炎的临床观察

目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液对血栓闭塞性脉管炎（TAO）的疗效。方法 56例血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者随机分为两组：对照组28例,采用低分子右旋糖酐注射液治疗,治疗组28例,加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗;观察患者治疗前后血清D-二聚体和血流变变化,并判断疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。对照组治疗前后D-二聚体无显著变化（P〉0.05）,治疗组及与对照组间及治疗组治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;血流变指标变化显示治疗组治疗前后有明显差异,并在低切、血浆粘度及纤维蛋白原方面与对照组差异明显（P〈0.05）。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可改善血液高粘状态,显著降低D二聚体含量,对脉管炎患者起到有效治疗作用。

Clinical observation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine injection in obliterans

Objective To analyze the effect of salvia miltiorrhiza and ligusrtazine injection solution in the treatment of patients with obliterans. Methods A data of 56 patients with obliterans were randomly divided into the control group（28patients） and the treatment group（28patients） . The control group was treated with low molecular dextran,while the treatment group was given salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection in addition. The total period of treatment was 1 month. D-dimer and Hemorheology indexes were determined . Variations were assessed before and after the treatment,besides,efficacy was evaluated . Results The herapeutic effect was much better in the treatment group compared with the control group（P 0.05）. The levels of D-dimer decreased significantly（P 0.05） in the treatments and more those of control of control group. Hematocrit data in treatment group was decreased compared with those before treatment. Besides,compared with control group, low-shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen reduced significantly（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection can effectively ameliorate the hemorheological indes and D-dimer,is effective for the treatment of obliterans.
