子宫内膜癌临床治疗分析

目的探讨子宫内膜癌的临床特点、手术病理分期以及及预后影响因素。方法对64例子宫内膜癌患者的临床症状、治疗方法、临床分期、手术病理分期及预后回顾性分析。结果 64例患者存活5年以上者49例,死亡15例,总生存率为76.6%。肌层浸润程度、手术病理分期、术后辅助治疗对预后有明显影。结论对子宫内膜癌患者术前进行多因素综合评估,以提高临床分期的准确性,正确地选择术式及术后治疗,有效提高治疗效果及术后生存质量。

Clinical analysis of treatment of endometrial carcinoma

Objective To discuss the factors affecting the clinical features,pathological stage and the operation and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods 64 cases of clinical symptoms,patients with endometrial cancer treatment,clinical stage,pathological staging and prognosis of operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results 49 patients of 64 patients survived more than 5 years,the death of 15 patients,the overall survival rate was 76.6%. Myometrial invasion,operation pathological staging,postoperative adjuvant therapy has obvious effects on the prognosis. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors on patients with endometrial cancer,in order to improve the accuracy of clinical staging,correct selection of operative and postoperative treatment,improve the life quality of therapeutic effect and postoperative.
