70例儿童病毒性呼吸道感染患者经抗病毒药物治疗后的临床疗效及安全性分析

目的探讨70例儿童病毒性呼吸道感染患者经抗毒药物治疗后的临床疗效并分析其安全性。方法本院儿科2011年4月10日-2012年12月10日接收70例儿童病毒性呼吸道感染患者,随机分为抗毒中药组（A）和抗病毒西药组（B）,每组各35例。A组服用午时茶颗粒,B组服用利巴韦林颗粒。观察两组服用抗毒药物后的临床疗效,评价两组服用药物后的安全性。结果 A组的临床疗效B组相比差异显著（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义,且A组的临床疗效高于B组。两组的安全性评价无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论中药抗病毒药物治疗儿童病毒性呼吸道感染不失为一种理想的方法,疗效好且安全性高,不良反应少,尤其适用于儿童,是儿童患者值得选择的优良方案。

Analyze the safety and clinical effects of 70 cases of children with viral respiratory tract infection after the treatment of antiviral drugs

Objective To explore the clinical effects of 70 cases of children with viral respiratory tract infection after the treatment of antiviral drugs,and to analyze the safety. Methods From 10th.Apr.2011 to-10th.Dec.2012,70 cases of children with viral respiratory tract infection in the pediatrics of our hospital were divided into two groups randomly： the antitoxic Decoction group （A） and virussafe medicine group （B）. Each group had 35 patients. The wushicha granules were taken by the group A while the ribavirin granules were taken by the group B the taking course was both 3 days. The clinical effects of antiviral drugs in the two groups were observed and the safety was evaluated after the treatment. Results The clinical effects of the group A has an obvious difference compared with the group B,（P 0.05）,it has statistical significance,and the group A’s was higher. It has statistical significance in the safety evaluation （P 0.05）. Conclusion It may be an ideal way to treat children with viral respiratory tract infection with the traditional Chinese medicine antitoxic drugs. The treatment has good clinical effects and high safety,especially for the kids,which is an excellent scheme for the children patients.
