CK-MB、cTnI和hs-crp联合检测对儿童病毒性心肌炎诊断价值

目的探讨肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）对儿童病毒性心肌炎的诊断价值。方法 42例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为观察组,42例健康儿童作为对照组,测定两组儿童的血清CK-MB,cTnI和hs-CRP。结果观察组患儿血清CK-MB,cTnI和hs-CRP均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。观察组患儿CK-MB,cTnI,hs-CRP联合检测的灵敏性胃89.6%,特异性为94.6%,准确性胃92.7%,准确性明显高于单纯检测CK-MB、cTnI、hs-CRP（P〈0.05）。结论联合检测CK-MB、cTnI和hs-crp可以更准确的诊断儿童病毒性心肌炎。

The predictive value of the diagnosis of CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP on children with viral myocarditis

Objective To study the predictive value of the diagnosis of creatine kinase isoenzyme（CK-MB） ,cardiac troponin I（cTnI） and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） on children with viral myocarditis. Methods 42 children with viral myocarditis were enrolled into the observation group,while 42 healthy children were enrolled into the control group. Serum CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP were detected. Results Serum CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP in the observation group were higher than these in the control group（P 0.01）. The sensitivity was 89.6% ,specificity 94.6% and accuracy 92.7% for the observation group through serum CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP. Compared with separate CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP,accuracy through serum CK-MB, cTnI and hs-CRP was higher（P 0.05）. Conclusion Joint detection for serum CK-MB,cTnI and hs-CRP has a higher accuracy for children with viral myocarditis.
