| 摘 要： | 目的了解广东省从化市良口镇寄生虫感染情况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法随机抽样调查良口镇良明新村和枧村。采用问卷调查法、直接涂片法、动物解剖法、人工消化法和直接压片法,了解受访者基本情况,确定人体寄生虫感染者及动物寄生虫感染情况。采用统计软件SPSS17.0进行统计学处理。结果回收有效问卷350份,回收率为100%。粪检140人,阳性者19例,人体寄生虫总感染率为13.57%,其中男性4.29%（6/140）,女性9.29%（13/140）,差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.538,P=0.463）;年龄以1~10（22.2%）,71~80（21.7%）和81~90（50%）岁组感染率为高。人体钩虫、肝吸虫和蛔虫感染率分别为9.29%（13/140）、1.43%（2/140）和2.86%（4/140）。犬钩虫和犬蛔虫感染率均为10%（1/10）。鸡蛔虫感染率为20%（2/10）。淡水鱼肝吸虫囊蚴感染率为5%（1/20）。褐家鼠微小膜壳绦虫感染率为25%（2/8）,平均感染度为2.5条（5/2）。泽蛙曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴感染率为33.33%（2/6）,平均感染度为3条（6/2）。蟾蜍、蛞蝓、螺、蟹和虾检查阴性。结论从化市良口镇存在人兽共患寄生虫,人体寄生虫感染以钩虫为主。 |

| Abstract: | Obejective To survey the parasitic infection status in Liangkou township of Conghua city.Methods Random sampling and questionnaire survey of parasitic infection in residents of two villages in Liangkou township were conducted by means of animal anatomy method,artificial digestive methods,and direct compression method.Results Nineteen positives were detected from 140 residents of stool examination with an infection rate of 13.57%,being 4.29%（6/140）for males and 9.29%（13/140）for females without statistically significant difference（χ2=0.538,P=0.463）.Infection rates in 1-10（22.2%）,71-80（21.7）and 81-90（50%）age group were high.The infection rates of hook worm,Clonorchis sinensis and Ascaris lumbricoides were 9.29%（13/140）,1.43%（2/140）and 2.86%（4/140）,respectively.The infection rates of Ancylostoma caninum and Ascaris canis were 10%（1/10）.and that of Ascaridia galli and Clonorchis sinensis metacercarias were 0%（2/10）and 5%（1/20）.The infection rate of freshwater fish was 5%（1/20）.Hymenolepis nana in Rattus norvegicus was 25%（2/8）with infection density of 2.5（5/2）.The infection rate of Sparganum mansoni of Rana limnocharis was 33.33%（2/6）with average infection density of 3（6/2）.The results of detection of toad,slugs,snail,crab and shrimp were all negative.Conclusions Parasitic infection in humans and aniamals was prevalent Liangkou township of CongHua city and effective control measures be adopted focusing on the control of hook worm. |
