男男性行为者商业性性行为特征研究

目的了解深圳市男男性行为者（MSM）中男性性工作者（MSW）商业性性行为的特征,为制定艾滋病（AIDS）防治策略提供依据。方法对深圳市548名MSM进行问卷调查和病毒抗体检测。结果调查的548名MSM中,24.3%（134/548）的人在近6个月内发生过商业性性行为,其中仅向男性提供商业性性行为和为两性均提供商业性性行为的分别占46.3%和53.0%。近1月每人每次收费男性和女性分别平均为633元和873元,女性收费高于男性（P〈0.01）。不同性别客人以及MSW对不同性别客人使用安全套的态度不同。近1月和近6月性服务人数,最近一次使用安全套情况不同性别客人差异无统计学意义。134名MSW的HIV、梅毒、丙肝抗体阳性分别是12.0%、9.8%和1.5%。结论 MSW有较大程度传播HIV的危险,应加强对这一人群的AIDS知识健康教育。

Commercial sex behaviors of men who having sex with men

Objective To explore characteristics of commercial sex behaviors of men having sex with men （MSM）. Methods The questionnaire survey and serological examination were conducted among 548 MSM. Results 24.3% （134/548）had commercial sex activity in the past six months including 46.3% having commercial sex activity with males and 53.0% having commercial sex encounters with both males and females. Charges for males and females respectively for an average of RMB 633 yuan and RMB873 yuan per time in the recent month,being higher for females than males（P〈0.01 ）. The attitudes of condom use of different sex guests and MSW toward different sex guests were different, without showing significant difference as surveyed in recent one month and 6 months. The number of sex service workers and the proportion of use of condoms by different sex guests in recent one and six months showed no significant differences. The positive rates of HIV, syphilis and HCV of 134 MSM were 12.0%, 9.8%, 1.5% ,respectively. Conclusions There was high risk behaviors among MSM for spreading HIV. Therefore, it was necessary for government to strengthen health education and intervention for preventing and controlling HIV transmission mission.
