卒中后抑郁与脑卒中部位相关性的临床研究

目的对卒中后抑郁与脑卒中部位相关性进行分析探讨,为今后的临床诊治与预防工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法抽取在2010年1月至2013年1月间本院收治的急性脑卒中后1个月临床患者286例,对其采取神经心理评估、MRI检查、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分等检查,而后对比分析不同脑卒中部位者抑郁发生率。结果经统计,本组286例患者中发生抑郁者76例,发生率为26.57%,左侧半球脑卒中患者抑郁发生率较右侧半球者高（P〈0.05）;多病灶患者抑郁发生率较单病灶患者抑郁发生率高（P〈0.05）。结论脑卒中抑郁与脑卒中部位存在显著的相关性,以左半球卒中者抑郁发生率最为显著,且随着病灶数的增加,抑郁的发生率也不断升高,临床应给予关注,积极采取有效措施进行预防,减少抑郁的发生,提高患者预后。

Clinical study on the relationship between depression and stroke after stroke

Objective To analyze the correlation between post-stroke depression and stroke position, provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and prevention of future work. Methods From January 2010-January 2013,286 patients acute stroke in our hospital after 1 months,took the neuropsychological assessment, MRI examination,Hamilton Depression Scale score,examination of the comparative analysis,and then different parts of stroke incidence of depression. Results 76 cases of depression in this group of 286 patients,the incidence rate was 26. 57% ,and depression in patients with left hemisphere stroke incidence than the right hemisphere were higher （P 0.05）; the incidence of depression in patients with multifocal depression than single lesion patients high incidence （P 0.05）. Conchusion There were significant correlation between post-stroke depression and stroke position,the left hemisphere stroke patients the incidence of depression is the most significant,and with the increase of the number of lesions,the incidence is increasing in clinical depression,should be given attention,and take effective measures to prevent,reduce the occurrence of depression,improve the prognosis of the patients.
