信阳市2012年手足口病疫情流行特征分析

目的了解信阳市手足口病流行特征,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法收集2012年信阳市手足口病疫情数据并进行统计分析。结果 2012年信阳市共报告手足口病3 600例,重症23例,其中1例死亡。发病率为58.82/10万。全市10个县区均有病例报告,病例主要集中浉河、平桥。以3岁以下儿童发病居多,散居儿童发病为主,5月份为发病高峰;男女性别比为2.15：1。实验室检测表明：2012年信阳市手足口病流行毒株仍以EV71型为主,占48.34%,重症病例中EV71型占86.36%。结论应加强疫情监测报告和宣传教育力度,最大限度地控制手足口病疫情。

Epidemiological characteristic of hand-foot-mouth disease in Xinyang city in 2012

Objective To get an insight into the epidemiological characteristic of hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） in Xinyang City and provide scientific basis for formulating preventive and control measurements.Methods Data concerning the prevalence and infection of HFMD in Xinyang city in 2012 were collected and analyzed.Results The 3 600 HFMD cases reported in Xinyang in 2012 included 23 severe cases and 1 deaths.The incidence rate was 58.82/100 000.HFMD was reported in all 10 districts and counties,and the cases were mainly concentrated in Shihe,Pingqiao Area.Most of the afflicted children were under 3 years old,mainly scattered children.Peak incidence was in May.The ratio between males and females was 1.99：1.The results of laboratory detection showed the epidemic strain in Xinyang in 2012 was still EV71 type,accounting for 48.34% and 86.36% severe cases were infected with EV71 type.Conclusions The monitoring of epidemic of HFMD and health education be strengthened to control the outbreak of HFMD.
