鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松的疗效观察

目的探讨鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法将本院112例原发性骨质疏松患者随机分为单纯钙剂治疗组（对照组）和鲑鱼降钙素注射液联合钙剂治疗组（观察组）,每组各56例,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.6%,显著高于对照组患者的75.0%,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗过程中两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论鲑鱼降钙素注射液治疗原发性骨质疏松临床疗效较为可靠,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical efficacy observation of salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis. Methods 112 cases of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into pure calcium treatment group （control group） and salmon calcitonin injection combined with calcium treatment group （observation group）,56 cases in each group,observed the clinical efficacy of patients in two groups. Results The total effective rate of patients in observation group was 94.6% ,significantly higher than that in control group （75%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P 0.05） ,There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of taking salmon calcitonin injection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis is reliable,worthy of further clinical application.
