云南云县1986～2010年疟疾流行监测分析

目的分析云县1986~2010年疟疾发病情况及其流行趋势,为消除该县疟疾提供科学依据。方法收集1986~2010年以来的发热病人血检、居民血片普查、按蚊调查、疟疾疫情数据。结果 25年间,云县共报告664疟疾病例,发病率为0.66/万,其中内源性病例69例,外源性病例595例;发热血检88308人中,阳性率为0.54%;居民血片普查13542人,带虫率为0.19%,荧光抗体测定7 277人,阳性率为3.17%;现症病人治疗1908人,休止期根治4045人,预防服药10635人,灭媒喷洒1166868M2。共捕获蚊62329只,14种蚊虫,其中中华按蚊为当地优势蚊种。结论该县疟疾病例主要属于外源性病例,提示今后应进一步加强流动人口管理工作。

Surveillance of malaria prevalence in Yunxian county of Yunnan province in 1986-2010

Objective To analyze malaria infection and transmission in Yunxian County of Yunnan Province from 1986 to 2010.Methods The data concerning blood examination of febrile patient,blood examination of healthy residents,survey of Anopheles mosquitoes and anunal malaria infection in Yunxian county in 1986-2010 were collected and analyzed.Results Totally 664 malaria cases were reported with the incidence rate of 0.66/ 10 000,including 69 endogenous cases and 595 exogenous cases;The 88 308 febrile cases were examined with a positive rate of 0.539%;13 542 healthy resident bloods were checked with a positive rate of 0.19%;and fluorescence antibody test of 7 277 persons was carried out and 3.17% of them were positive for malaria parasites.Totally 4 045 malaria cases were radically treated at resting stage,drug prophylaxis was conducted on 10 635 persons,and 1 166 868 square meters were sprayed by the insecticide residual spray.In addition.62 329 individual mosquitoes in 14 species were collected,among them An.sinensis was the predominant one.Conclusions Local malaria cases mainly belonged to the exogenous infectious cases,suggesting that management of mobile population be strengthened in future.
