丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛

摘    要:目的观察丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将112例UAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。对照组均给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液和麝香保心丸治疗14d。结果心绞痛疗效,治疗组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(60.7%VS41.1%,91.1%VS69.6%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05和P〈0.01)。心电图疗效,两组显效率比较差异无统计学意义(64.3%VS46.4%,P〉0.05),但两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(89.3%VS71.4%,P〈0.05),治疗组优于对照组,且未见明显不良反应。结论丹红注射液联合麝香保心丸治疗UAP安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effects and safety of Dan Hong Zhu she ye combined with She Xiang Bao He Wan in the treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) . Methods 112 cases with UAP were randomly divided into therapy group and control group with each group of 56 cases,both group receiving conventional treatment,moreover,the therapy group was treated with Dan Hong Zhu she ye and She Xiang Bao He Wan for 14 days. Results The improving rate and the total effectiveness rate of therapy group for angina pectoris were significantly higher than those of control group (60.7% VS 41.1%,91.1% VS 69.6%,respectively,P 0.05 or P 0.01). There was no significant difference between both groups in the improving rate for ECG(64.3% VS 46.4% ,P 0.05),but the total effectiveness rate of therapy group for ECG was higher than that of the control(89.3% VS 71.4% ,P 0.05). Therapy group had few side reaction occurred. Conclusion Dan Hong Zhu she ye combined with She Xiang Bao He Wan is effective and safe for UAP,and can be widely used in clinic.
