工人安全行为与职业伤害关系的相关性

目的了解企业工人职业生产安全行为和发生职业伤害的相关性。为制定预和减少职业伤害对策提供依据。方法采用分层抽样方法选取对象,发放自填式问卷进行横断面调查,内容包括一般人口学情况、工人对生产安全的态度、工作中的安全行为和过去12个月中个人因工作发生意外伤害的情况。结果参与调查的1 741名工人平均年龄为26.42（±7.49）岁。其中有854名（49.6%）为男性.1 115名工人（65.0%）接受教育水平为初中,参加工作的时间平均为4.5（±4.36）年。多数工人的月收入集中在1001~2000元。安全行为与安全态度之间有相关（r=0.457,P〈0.001）。Logistic回归分析结果表明性别和生产工作中的安全行为与发生意外伤害有关,其中女性相对于男性的OR值为0.321（0.198~0.521）,安全行为较差的相对于较好者的OR值为2.428（1.577~3.737）。结论企业职工的安全意识和行为与职业伤害密切相关,年轻男性、工龄短、教育水平低和收入水平偏低工人是伤害的高危人群,应采取敢于措施,降低改高危人群的职业伤害发生率。

Survey of correlation of safety behavior of the workers with occupational injury

Objective To understand the correlation of workers＇ safety behavior with occupationl injury. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to select the observation subjects and the demographic conditions,the behavior of the workers and the records of occupational injuris occurred in the past 12 months were collected by questionnaire survey. Rostllts Totally 1 741 entwerprise wokers aged averagely （26.47.49）years were surveyed including 854 males （49.6%） and 887 females（50.4% ）,and 1115（65.0% ）workers with a educatiohn level of primary school with a mean working duration of （4.5 ＋ 4.36）years. Most of the income of the workers were from RMB1001 to RMB 2000 yuan. The safety behavior was positively correlated with their safety attitude,showing significantly statistical diffeureces in（r=0.457,P〈0.O01 ）o Results of losgistic analysis revealed that workers; safety behavior and sex were correlated with accidental occupatientional injuries. ORvallue fo males was 0.321 （0.198~0.521）and the OR for those with realatively good behavior were 2.428（1.577~3.737）. Corlelusions The safety concept and behavior are positively correlated with occupationl injuries. Young males with short workers duration and low inicome and health education level were the high risk population for occupational injury. Thus invervation measures be adopted targeted at this goup of workers to reduce the occupational injuries.
