| 摘 要： | 目的研究Ⅰ期前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核的效果。方法对26例Ⅰ期行前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗的腰椎结核患者进行回顾性分析,术后随访12~24个月,评价椎间融合率,脊髓神经功能恢复,观察术后有无并发症。结果26例患者植骨块均完全融合,融合率100%,脊神经功能恢复良好。结论Ⅰ期前路病灶清除植骨内固定治疗腰椎结核疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of anterior clear pathologic tissue,bone grafting and internal fixation for the treatment of lumbar vertebral tuberculosis in one stage.Methods 26 cases of lumbar vertebral tuberculosis were treated with anterior clear pathologic tissue,bone grafting and internal fixation from 2003-2005.All cases were followed-up for 12-24 months.To evaluate the fusion frequency,neurological recovery and check the operative complication.Results The grafts fused in all cases,fusion frequency was 100%.The neurological deficits were well improved.Conclusion The operation of anterior clear pathologic tissue,bone grafting and internal fixation is an efficacious treatment for lumbar vertebral tuberculosis. |
