急性下肢深静脉血栓溶栓治疗的探讨

目的:评价两种给药方法对下肢深静脉血栓形成溶栓治疗的安全性和有效性。方法:165例下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者,随机分为患肢局部溶栓组(110例)和上肢浅静脉溶栓组(55例),观察其疗效和出血等并发症的发生率。结果:患者局部给药溶栓组总有效率为99.0%,无出血并发症及肺栓塞发生。上肢浅静脉给药溶栓组总有效率81.8%,2例发生出血并发症,1例发生肺栓塞并发症,发生率0.56%。2组在疗效上比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:患肢局部溶栓可明显提高下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗效果,且不增加出血等并发症的发生。

Experience of fibrinolysis the patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb

Objective: To contrast the safety and effect of two ways of giving medicines to the patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limb.Methods: 165 patients were randomly divided into focal thrombolysis on sick lower limb group and thrombolysis on superficial vein of upper limb group.The effect and incidence of complications were evaluated.Results: In focal thrombolysis group,the effective rate was 99%,no bleeding and pulmonary embolism.In thrombolysis on superficial vein of upper limb group,the effective was 81.8%.There were 2 patients of bleeding and 1 patient of pulmonary embolism.The incidence of complication was 0.56%.Between the effect of two groups,the differences were remarkably significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Focal thrombolysis on sick lower limb can obviously raise the effect and do not increase the complication incidence.
