以葛根素为模型药物的口服微乳研究

目的以葛根素为模型药物研究口服微乳的处方筛选方法 ,并对其结果进行质量评价。方法查阅文献选取不同极性空白微乳,考察不同处方空白微乳的葛根素的最大载药量,考察载药和矫味剂对微乳稳定性的影响,从而确定葛根素口服微乳的2个最优处方,对其进行质量评价包括载药微乳的理化性质、粒径大小、在人工胃液和人工肠液中的稳定性及载药微乳中葛根素的含量。结果处方B载药微乳为淡黄色澄清液体,平均粒径为61.59nm,葛根素载药量为21.06mg.mL-1;处方G载药微乳为无色澄清液体,平均粒径为23.09nm,葛根素载药量为21.73mg.mL-1。结论本实验优选空白微乳能增加葛根素的溶解度,且载药量大,质量稳定。

Preparation of puerarin oral microemulsion

Objective To prepare oral microemulsion and evaluate its quality using puerarin as model drug.Methods The stability and concentration of puerarin in screened blank microemulsion with different polarities were investigated.The appearance,morphology,size distribution,stability of puerarin microemulsion were determined.The concentration efficiency was determined by HPLC.Results Microemulsion B,with good stability,was a translucent diluted yellow solution with visible sky blue opalescence with a mean diameter of 61.59 nm and with Puerarin concentration of 21.06 mg·mL-1.Microemulsion G was a translucent diluted colorless solution with visible sky blue opalescence with a mean diameter of 23.09 nm and with Puerarin concentration of 21.73 mg·mL-1.Conclusion The solubility of puerarin is significantly increased in the screened microemulsion and the stability of puerarin orally microemulsion was satisfying.
