社会支持干预对冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁状况的影响

目的探讨社会支持干预对冠心病（coronary heartdisease，CHD）患者焦虑、抑郁状况的影响，为临床护理冠心病患者提供科学的理论依据。方法采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS），对100例住院CHD患者进行问卷调查，在有效社会支持干预下，对患者的焦虑、抑郁状况与社会支持进行t检验和Pearson相关分析。结果冠心病患者焦虑、抑郁心理状况明显高于国内正常人群，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），其抑郁得分分别与社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分存在显著负相关（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）。给予CHD患者有效的社会支持干预后，焦虑、抑郁负性情绪降低，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论CHD患者获得的社会支持量吲印郁状况关系密切，有效的社会支持对减少焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪有积极作用。护士在护理冠心病患者时，对不同情况的患者应给予针对性的社会支持力量，注意调动患者的社会支持源泉，帮助其采取积极态度面对疾病，增加对治疗护理的依从性。

Influence of social support on anxiety and depression of patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To discuss the Influence of social support on anxiety and depression of pa- tients with coronary heart disease （CHD） and supply scientific and theoretical basis for clinical nursing of these patients. Methods We carried out the investigation in 100 CHD inpatients by adopting the Self- Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Social Support-Rating Scale（SSRS）. We analyzed the correlation of social support with anxiety and depression. Re.suits The degree of anxiety and depression of CHD patients were more serious than domestic normal people （P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of depression were negatively correlated with the total score of social support,score of objective support and subjective support （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.The negative emotion such as anxiety and depression was alleviated under effective social support and was statistically different from that of the control （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The acquired social support of CHD patients was closely related to the condition of anxiety and depression.Effective social support demonstrated positive function to reduce the negative emotion of anxiety and depression.In the nursing process for CHD patients,nurses should offer pertinent social support and motivate the resource of social support to assist them to face the disease with a positive attitude and strengthen their compliance towards therapy and nursing.
