| 摘 要： | 应用玻璃体切割术联合巩膜环扎术、眼内注气治疗增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（ＰＶＲ）视网膜脱离１１例１１眼，治愈６例，好转２例，失败３例，术后随访６个月，１例复发。手术失败及视网膜脱离复发的主要原因是：未能有效地切除视网膜前膜及玻璃体周边部的增殖条索。手术成功率的高低与ＰＶＲ的严重程度有关。

| Abstract: | Closed vitrectomy, scleral encircling and intraocular air tamponade were preformed on 11 cases (11 eyes ) of retinal detachment with proliferative vitroretinopathy (PVR).6 eyes were curred.2 eyes were improved and 3 eyes failed.One recurred in 11 cases Followed up 6 month after operation.The authors belive that vitrectomy combined with scleral encircling and intraocular air tamponade is a logical approach to the treatment of retinal darachment with PVR.The surgical success is related to the serious degree of PVR. |
