外伤性肾损伤102例诊治体会

目的探讨外伤性肾损伤的诊断和治疗.方法对102例肾损伤患者的临床资料进行分析.结果 102例肾损伤患者中,手术治疗10例（肾修补4例,肾切除4例,腹部探查2例）,非手术治疗92例.严重复合伤死亡2例,其余痊愈.结论肾损伤诊断主要依靠临床表现、尿液检查及B超、大剂量造影剂静脉尿路造影及CT检验等.治疗中严格掌握手术及非手术治疗的适应证,手术治疗尽量保存伤肾功能.

Diagnosis and management of 102 cases of renal trauma

Objective To explore the diagnosis and management of renal trauma.Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of renal trauma were retrospectively studied.Results 10 of 102 cases were treated surgically (including 4 with renal repairing,4 with nephroctomy and 2 with abdominal exploration) and 92 cases were treated con servatively.Two died of severe compound wounds.Conclusion The diagnosis mainly depends on the clinical manifestation,urine test,B-ultrasonography,intravenous urography (IVU) and CT examination.The most importance is to determine whether surgical exploration is needed,and every effort should be made to preserve renal function during surgical treatment.
