达立通颗粒联合莫沙必利片治疗慢性功能性便秘46例

目的观察达立通颗粒联合莫沙必利片治疗慢性功能性便秘的疗效。方法将126例确诊为慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为3组，A组46例口服迭立通颗粒6g及莫沙必利片5mg，3次／d；B组42例P服聚乙二醇4000散剂10g，2次／d及莫沙必利5mg，3次／d；12组38例口服莫沙必利5mg，3次／d，3组疗程均为14d。观察治疗后患者大便次数、形状及大便困难等症状缓解情况。结果A组、B组和C组的总有效率分别为91．30％，95．23％，57．90％，A组、B组与C组相比差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论达立通颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效满意，不良反应少。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Dalitong Granules Combined with Mosapride Citrate in Treatment of Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Dalitong Granules combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablet in the treatment of chronic functional constipation（CFC）. Methods 126 cases of CFC were divided into three groups randomly, and each group was given the same course of treatment for 14 d. The A group （Dalitong Granules, 46 cases） took orally Dalitong Granules 6g, three times a day, combined with the Mosapride Citrate Tablet 5 mg, three times a day; and the B group （Macrogol 4000 Powder for Oral Solution, 42 cases） took orally Macrogol 4000 Powder for Oral Solution log, twice daily, combined with the Mosapride Citrate Tablet 5 mg, three times a day; and the group C （Mosapride, 38 cases） took orally Mosapride Citrate Tablet 5 mg, three times daily. During the course of treatment, the patients were observed for the alleviation of some symptoms such as the frequency of bowel movement, stool shape and difficult defecation. Then the relevant analysis was made. Results After the 14d treatment course, the total therapeutic effective rate was 91.30%, 95.23%, 57.90% for the A, B, C groups respectively. The results showed no statistical significant difference between A group and B group （P 〉 0.01）. Comparing A and B groups with C group, there was statistical significant difference（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Dalitong Granules combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablet has satisfactory therapeutic effect and less adverse drug reactions in the treatment of CFC.
