桦菌芝多糖的抗肿瘤作用及其免疫学机制的实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究桦菌芝多糖抗肿瘤作用及其免疫学机制.方法:采用移植性H22肝癌小鼠,随机分为荷瘤对照组、桦菌芝多糖组、猪苓多糖组.连续给药10d后,测定其抑瘤率、胸腺指数和脾指数,ELISA法测定小鼠血清IL-2的含量;小鼠碳粒廓清法测定单核吞噬细胞功能,进行组间比较.结果:桦菌芝多糖可明显抑制小鼠HepA瘤,抑瘤率可达39.39%,并且能够提高荷瘤小鼠免疫器官重量、血清IL-2的活性及增强单核吞噬细胞功能.结论:桦菌芝多糖有明显抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能是通过提高机体免疫功能实现的.

Abstract:objective:To investigate the antineoplastic role and its immune mechanism of Pyropolyporus Formentarius Polysaccharides(PFPS). Methods: H22 hepatocarcinoma mice was divided into Heliu control group, PFPS group and Agaric Polysaccharides group randomly. Giving drugs to them respectively for 10 days, to detect their inhibition rate of tumor, thymus index and spleen index; to examine content of IL-2 in serum with ELISA methods; to examine the function of mononuclear phagocyte with ++ methods. Results:PFPS was able to inhibit tumor growth of H22 hepatocarcinoma mouse obviously and improve immune organs weight of Heliu mouse, improve activity of serum IL-2 increase function of mononuclear phagocyte, Inhibition rate of tumor was 39.39%. Conclusions: PFPS has the antineoplastic ability apparently and may realize its role through improving immune function.
