| 摘 要： | 目的检测肝癌缺失基因（deleted in livercancer1,DLC-1）蛋白在胃癌组织、癌旁组织及区域淋巴结中的表达情况,分析其表达与胃癌临床病理特征关系。方法采用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测98例手术切除并经病理检查证实胃癌组织、20例癌旁组织中DLC-1蛋白的表达情况,并分析DLC-1的表达与患者临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果胃癌组织DLC-1蛋白低表达或表达缺失,明显低于癌旁组织及正常组织,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。DLC-1在有淋巴结转移胃癌组织中的表达低于无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;低分化胃癌组织中DLC-1表达低于中、高分化,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;DLC-1蛋白表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤浸润程度及TNM分期相关;与性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位等无关;DLC-1高表达组术后5年生存率显著高于低表达组。结论 DLC-1蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,且可以成为判断胃癌患者生存的预后指标。 |
