玻璃纤维桩在残根残冠修复中的应用观察

摘    要:目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩在残根残冠修复中的应用价值。方法:选择120例患者,共148颗牙,随机分为两组,对照组与观察组各60例74颗牙,对照组用铸造金属桩修复,观察组用玻璃纤维桩修复,随访3年,进行对比分析。结果:对照组成功率为82.43%,观察组成功率为94.59%,差异具统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩应用于残根残冠修复的临床效果优于铸造金属桩,在临床中可广泛推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the use of glass fiber posts in the repair of residual roots and crowns. Methods: 148 teeth of 120 patiennts were randomly assigned to two groups with 60 patients and 74 teeth in each group. Teeth in the control group were repaired with cast metal post and teeth in the observation group were repaired with glass fiber post. The two groups were followed up for 3 years and treatment results were analyzed. Results: Success rate was 82.43% in the control group and 94.59% in the observation group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Glass fiber post shows better clinical results in the repair of residual crown and root than cast metal post, thus is worthy of clinical application.
