泌尿系结核的诊断与治疗50例分析

目的：探讨泌尿系结核的诊断与治疗方法。方法：对2010年6月～2011年9月本院收治的50例泌尿系结核的患者采用膀胱镜活检、影像学检查以及尿结核菌检查的方法进行诊断,然后根据诊断结果采用药物治疗或手术治疗,比较各种诊断效果的阳性检出率。结果：膀胱镜活检的检出率为80%,CT的检出率为72%,静脉路造影检出率为68%;尿结核检查检出率为26%。通过以上诊断可见,膀胱镜活检的检出率明显高于其他的检查方法,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用膀胱黏膜活检是提高泌尿系结核诊断率的有效方法之一,对于泌尿系结核的临床诊断应综合病史、尿液分析、影像学分析、病原学诊断等多种方法;在治疗上,要根据患者的具体病情选择合适的治疗方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases with urinary tuberculosis

Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment method of urinary tuberculosis. Methods： Fifty cases of urinary tuberculosis patients from June 2010 to September 2011 in our hospital were diagnosised by bladder biopsy, imaging, and the method of urine examination for diagnosis of urinary tuberculosis, and then drug therapy or surgical treatment was used by the diagnosis, compared the effect of various diagnostic positive detection rates. Results： Bladder biopsy detection rate was 80%, CT detection rate was 72%, intravenous contrast was detected by 68%; urinary tuberculosis detection rate was 26%,the cystoscopy biopsy had higher detection rate than the other methods by the comparison of the diagnosis methods, the difference had statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is one of the effective method for urinary tu berculosis patients with bladder biopsy, for the clinical diagnosis of urinary tuberculosis, it should be comprehensive medical history, urine analysis, image analysis, etiological diagnosis and other methods; for the treatment, we should select the appropriate treatment according to the patient＇s specific condition.
