综合干预护理对喉癌患者术后生存质量的影响

目的：研究提高喉癌患者术后生存质量的有效康复指导和护理干预方法。方法：选取本院2007年2月～2010年2月收治的喉癌患者36例,进行手术治疗,随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统护理,研究组采用综合护理干预,观察对比两组患者的术后生存质量。结果：与护理前比较,对照组护理后患者生存质量无明显提高,研究组中护理后患者生存质量有明显提高,研究组护理后患者的生存质量明显高于对照组。结论：采用综合护理干预能显著提高喉癌患者的术后生存质量。

The influence of comprehensive nursing care on the postoperative survival quality of patients with laryngeal cancer

Objective： To study the effective rehabilitation instructions and methods of nursing care on improving the postoperative survival quality of patients with laryngeal cancer. Methods： Thirty-six cases of patients with laryngeal cancertreated with surgery in our hospital from February 2007 to February 2010 were randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group were given the traditional nursing care, while the study group were given the comprehensivenursing care, the postoperative survival quality of patients between the two groups were observed and compared. Results： Compared with nursing care before, the improvement of survival quality after nursing care was not obvious in the controlgroup and obvious in the study group. The survival quality after nursing care in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion： The application of comprehensive nursing care can improve the postoperativesurvival quality of patients with laryngeal cancer.
