| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双侧钢板内固定联合植骨治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法 82例复杂胫骨平台患者采用双侧钢板内固定联合植骨治疗,随访6～12个月。结果随访中骨折全部愈合,3例钉道感染,无骨不连的发生;优45例,良30例,中6例,差0例,优良率92.7%。结论双侧钢板内固定联合植骨是治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effectiveness of bilateral plate fixation plus bone graft on the com- plex tibial plateau fractures. Methods Eughty-two patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were operated through bilateral plate fixation plus bone graft. Results The fractures were all healed with three pin tract infec- tion and nonunion. After six months of operation, the excellent were 45 cases, the good 30 cases, the medium 6 cases and the poor 0 case. The excellent rate was 92.7%. Conclusion Bilateral plate fixation plus bone graft was an effective operation for patients with complex tibial plateau fractures. |
