克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床研究

目的：探讨克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：选择本院2010年10月～2011年10月妇科门诊收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者36例,将其分为A、B、C3组各12例,A组12例患者于月经周期第5天起单纯给予克罗米芬100mg/d口服,连服1周;B组12例患者单纯肌内注射绒毛膜促性腺激素10000U,1天1次,连用1周;C组12例患者给予克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗,克罗米芬和绒毛膜促性腺激素用法用量同A、B两组。3组均以3个月经周期为1个疗程。观察3组治疗后子宫内膜厚度及进行妇科宫颈评分比较。结果：A、B、C3组的子宫内膜厚度分别为（8.4±1.2）、（11.3±1.0）、（11.9±1.3）mm,B、C组显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;宫颈评分分别为（8.8±1.1）、（10.3±0.9）、（10.9±0.6）分,B、C组显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。B、C组总有效率分别为83.33%、91.67%,显著高于A组的41.67%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。A组早期流产2例,B组1例,C组2例;A组发生卵巢过度刺激综合征0例,B组2例,C组0例。结论：克罗米芬联合绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗排卵障碍性不孕症,疗效显著,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of clomiphene joint chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of anovulatory infertility

Objective： To explore the clinical efficiency of clomiphene joint chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of anovulatory infertility. Methods： Thirty-six cases of anovulatory infertility patients were chosen in our hospital from October 2010 to October 2011, and were divided into A, B and C 3 groups in 12 cases, group A of 12 patients were given clomiphene 100 mg/d oral in 5 days of the menstrual cycle, even served 1 week; group B 12 patients muscle injected chorionic gonadotropin 10 000 U, one time a day, 1 week gone; group C 12 patients were given clomiphene joint chorionic gonadotropin treatment. Three groups were in three menstrual cycles for a period of treatment. Endometrial thickness and gynecological cervical score of 3 groups after treatment were observed. Results： A, B and C 3 groups of endometrial thick- ness were （8.4±1.2）, （11.3±1.0）, （11.9±1.3） ram, B, C group were significantly higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; gynecological cervical score were （8.8±1.1）, （10.3±0.9）, （10.9±0.6） points, respectively, B, C group were significantly higher than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of B, C group were 83.33%, 91.67%, and were significantly higher than 41.67% of the group A, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Group A of early abortion were 2 cases, group B was 1 case, 2 cases of group C; group A of oarian hyperstimulation syndrome happened 0 case, and 2 cases of group B, 0 case of group C. Conclusion： Clomiphene joint chorionic gonadotropin in treatment of anovulatory infertility has curative effect, and adverse reactions were mild, it is worthy of clinical application.
