血常规检查对心脑血管疾病患者诊断的辅助意义

目的探讨心血管疾病者的血常规指标的变化规律。方法选择老年心血管疾病患者(年龄60岁以上)95例,对照组78例,比较两组间血常规各项指标的差异性。结果两组间白细胞、白细胞分类淋巴细胞形态差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心脑血管疾病患者中,其白细胞、白细胞分类和淋巴细胞形态对于心脑血管疾病的诊断和治疗监控有一定的参考价值。

Clinical auxiliary significance of blood routine examination in diagnose of cardio vascular disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between blood routine examination parameter and cardiovascular disease. Methods Blood routine examination was investigated in 95 patients with cardio-cere- bral vascular disease and 78 healthy group （over 60 years old）. Results White blood cell count, monocyte count increased in people who have the common accepted cardiovascular disease, the platelet morphologlcal in- dex changed compared with that of the control group. The difference between them was significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） .Conclusion White blood cell count, platelet morphological index, especially the monocyte count has close relation with the common cardiovascular disease risk factors. Routine blood examination is a indispensable im- portant project detection, which can provided early reference material for the prevention and treatment of disease in time.
