摘    要:目的 观察前肢功能训练对大鼠脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后可塑性变化、功能恢复和运动诱发电位的作用。方法 在立体定位仪的引导下,致伤大鼠双侧红核和皮质脊髓背侧束(dCST)后,对大鼠行前肢功能训练8周。改进后的大鼠前肢食物小球抓取动作评分标准评定大鼠前肢功能,生物素化葡聚糖胺示踪皮质脊髓腹侧束(vCST)的出芽情况,同时行运动诱发电位(MEP)检测。结果 大鼠前肢功能训练可诱导vCST出芽增加,同时伴有大鼠前肢运动功能和MEPP1、N1波波幅的恢复。结论 大鼠前肢功能训练可增强SCI后的可塑性变化,并促进运动功能的恢复。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of forelimb training on plasticity, function recovery and motor evoked potential(MEP) after spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats. Methods Red nuclei and cervical dorsal corticospinal tract(dCST) in rats were injured using a stereotaxic apparatus. Then rats accepted forelimb training for successive 8 weeks. Biotin dextran amine was employed to trace the sprouting of ventral corticospinal tract(vCST). The forelimb performance was evaluated by the modified forelimb food pellet retrieval task. MEP in rats was also monitored. Results Forelimb training after SCI can enhance the sprouting of uninjured vCST, the recovery of forelimb function and the amplitude of N1 and P1 in MEP monitoring in rats. Conclusion Forelimb training after SCI can enhance the plasticity and function recovery after SCI in rats.
