首乌 山楂 葛根等中药合剂的调脂及降ox-LDL作用

目的 :比较中药首乌、山楂、葛根合剂和苯扎贝特的调脂作用和安全性。方法 :13 8例病例随机分为A组 ( 3 4例 ) ,B组 ( 3 4例 )分别用中药合剂和苯扎贝特共 8周 ,C组用中药合剂 16周。用药前后比较TC、TG、HDL C和LDL、Lp(a)以及ox LDL。结果 :A、B两组总有效率分别为 91.16%及 97.0 5 % ,P >0 .0 5。A、C组显效率分别为 73 .5 2 %及 77.14 % ,P >0 .0 5。用药前后各组以上各项血脂自身前后对照P <0 .0 1。其中ox LDLA、B组分别下降 3 0 .95 %和 2 9.0 2 % ,A略优于B ,但P >0 .0 5。B组中有 2例出现一过性ALT升高 ,2例程度消化道反应。A组和C组无 1例有不良反应。结论 :中药调时抗氧化合剂有良好的抗ox LDL和调时作用 ,有利于抗动脉粥样硬化 ,防治冠心病 ,安全性好

Effect of Herb Mixture in Modulation of Serum Lipids and ox-LDL

Objective:To campare the effect and safety of herb mixture,which is made of Radix Polygoni Muliflori,Fructus Crataegi and Radix Puera Riae in modulatin of serum lipids with bezafibrete.Methods:One hundred and thirty eight patients were divided into three groups.Thirty four patients in group A were treated with herb mixture for 2 months while 34 patients in group B were treated with bezafibrete for 2 months as control.And in group C,70 patients were administrated with herb mixture for 4 months as open group.Serum Tchol,TG,HDL chol,LDL,Lp(a),and ox LDL were tested before and after treatment.Results:Total effecacy rates in group A and group B are 91.16% and 92.85%,respectively ( P >0.05).Significant effecacy rates in group A and group C are 73.5% and 77.14%,respectively( P >0.05) and items referred serum lipids were better after the treatment with herb mixture( P <0.01),ox LDL in group A decreased by 30.95% and B,decreased by 29.02%.Two patients in group B suffered from abnormality of ALT and also in group B,2 patients feel uncomfortable in the stomachs.No side effect in group A and groupc was observed.Conclusions:Results suggest that the herb mixture is good and safe medicine in modulation of serum lipids and decreases of serum ox LDL may play an important role in prevention and treatment of coronary heart diseases.
