| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法测定跌打片中芍药苷含量的方法.方法:色谱柱:Hibar 250-4.6 C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:230 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min-1.结果:芍药苷在0.058 2～0.727 6 μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系,r=0.999 6(n = 6),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.46%(n = 9).结论:所建立的方法简便、可靠,专属性强,重复性好,可作为跌打片的质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin in contusion tablets by HPLC.Method:A Hibar 250-4.6 C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was acetonitril-0.1%H3PO4 solution with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was at 230 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Result:Paeoniflorin showed excellent linear relationship within the range of 0.058 2-0.727 6μg（r =0.999 6,n =6）.The average recovery was 98.9%with RSD of 0.46%（n =9）. Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,specific and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of contusion tablets. |
