不同产地金樱子中多糖和总黄酮的含量测定

目的:比较不同产地金樱子中多糖和总黄酮的含量.方法:采用药典方法测定不同产地金樱子的多糖含量,用分光光度法测定总黄酮含量.结果:不同产地金樱子的多糖和总黄酮含量有较大差别,多糖含量范围30.5%～42.7%,总黄酮含量范围3.1%～5.3%.结论:地理环境因素和人为因素是导致不同产地金樱子的成分存在差异性的重要原因,通过对不同产地的金樱子中多糖和总黄酮成分进行比较分析,可为制定其质量标准及评价其道地性提供科学依据.

Comparison of Polysaccharide and Total Flavonoids Contents in Rosa Laevigat from Different Habitats

Objective:To compare the contents of polysaccharide and total flavonoids in Rosa Laevigat reaped from different habitats. Method:The spectrophotometric method and the pharmacopoeia method were used in the determination of the total flavonoids and polysaccharide contents in Rosa Laevigat.Result:It showed obvious difference in the contents of polysaccharide and total flavonoids in Rosa Laevigat reaped from different habitats.The content of polysaccharide was within the range of 30.5%-42.7%and that of the total flavonoids was within the range of 3.l%-5.3%.Conclusion:The geographical environment and human factors are the important reasons for the content variety.The comparison and analysis of polysaccharide and total flavonoids in Rosa Laevigat reaped from different habitats can provide the scientific basis for the formulation and quality standard of the authentic Rosa Laevigat.
