| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缺血性脑梗死患者血浆Hcy水平变化及临床意义。方法检测52例缺血性脑梗死患者治疗前及治疗后3个月血浆Hcy水平变化,并进行比较分析。结果研究表明,脑梗死患者治疗前及治疗后3个月的血浆Hcy水平与正常对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论缺血性脑梗死患者血浆Hcy升高,提示高Hcy是缺血性脑梗死的独立性危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of Hcy and the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia and cer- ebral infarction.Methods Plasma Hcy levels were determined in 52 cases of cerebral infarction before and after 3-month's treat- ment,as well as 36 cases of healthy persons.Statistic analysis were performed simultaneously.Results Our research demonstrated that plasma Hcy levels in cerebral infarction patients before and after 3-month's treatment were significantly higher than that in healthy persons(P<0.01).Conclusion Hcy can increase Hcy in serum significantly after cerebral infarction,and high Hcy is the independence risk factor of cerebral infarction. |
