女性原发不孕病因分析

目的 探讨女性原发不孕症的主要病因分布及影响因素.方法 对424例女性因素原发不孕症患者临床资料进行分析.结果 女性原发不孕的病因中输卵管因素占49.17%;不排卵性不孕发生率为44.70%,其中多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的发病率为38.82%.结论 女性因素原发不孕者中首要原因是不同程度的输卵管阻塞,可由生殖道炎症引起,但盆腔手术创伤也是导致输卵管阻塞的重要原因,加强普及性和生殖健康教育是减少不孕症发病率的重要措施;PCOS居女性不孕病因的第2位,不容忽视.

Analysis of Etiological Factor of Female Primary Infertile

Objective To explore the etiological factor of female primary infertility.Methods To analyse the clinic data of 424 cases of patients suffered from female primary infertility.Results In the cases of female primary infertility,tubal factors accounts for 49.17%;disorders of ovulation accounts for 44.70%,and the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is 38.82%.Conclusion The main causes of female primary infertility is occlusive at various degrees of fallopian tube,which is often elicited by inflammation of vagina,but trauma from pelvic surgery are the important reasons as well.Popularization of sexual and reproductive healthy education is an important measure to decrease the incidence of infertility.PCOS is the second causes and shouldn't be ignored.
