| 摘 要： | 1名56岁女性患者,因不明原因呕吐1月余入院。经检测血清皮质醇8:00AM为58.0nmol/L,诊断为肾上腺皮质功能减退症,给予氢化可的松100mg静脉滴注,1次/d。治疗3d后,患者出现躁狂状态,表现为激动、谵妄、行动不能自控。立即停药,经对症治疗1d后患者恢复正常状态

| Abstract: | A 56-year-old female patient was hospitalized with vomiting of unknown reason for more than a month.A laboratory test revealed her cortisol level of 58.0 nmol/L at 8:00 AM.The patient was diagnosed as having hypoadrenocorticism.She was given IV hydrocortisone 100 mg daily.Three days later,the patient developed manic-state which manifested excitement,delirium,and uncontrollable behaviors.Hydrocortisone was withdrawn immediately.After one day of symptomatic therapy,the patient regained normal status. |
