抑癌基因P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：探讨P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法：采用S-P免疫组化方法对66例子宫内膜癌、29例子宫内膜非典型增生病变、31例正常子宫内膜对照组进行检测。结果：在三种组织中P53的阳性表达率分别为81．8％（54／66）、51．7％（15／29）和12．9％（4／31），表明P53蛋白在子宫内膜癌中呈高表达，其阳性率明显高于子宫内膜非典型增生病变和正常子宫内膜，比较显示差异有显著性（P〈0．05和P〈0．01）。结论：临床应用P53蛋白检测对肿瘤的早期发现、早期诊断及预后判断有一定参考价值。

Expression of P53 Protein in Carcinoma of Endometrium and Its Clinial Significance

Objective:To study the expression of P53 protein and investigate its clincial significance in carcinoma of endometuium.Methods:The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P53 protein in tissue samples of 66 carcinomas of endometrium,29 atypical hyperplasias of endometriums and 31 normal controls.Results:The positive rates of the P53 pntein in three tissue were 81.8%(54/66),51.7%(15/29),12.9%(4/31) respectively.This shows that related antigen of P53 protein had higher expression in endometrial carcinoma.There were significant difference between carcinoma of endometrium and nomal endometrium(P<0.05 and P<0.01).Conclusion:The detection of P53 protein is valuable for early discovery,early dignosis and judgement of prognosis of tumors in clinic.
