眼眶皮样囊肿影像诊断分析9例

目的探讨现代影像学检查对眼眶皮样囊肿的诊断价值。方法对9例眼眶皮样囊肿的X线、B超、彩色多普勒、CT、MRI检查结查进行回顾性分析。结果B超、CT、MRI均可明确病变位置并提示病变的性质,但B超能较好显示病变内结构和动态,CT能较精确确定空间位置,MRI上信号高低与脂质、H 含量有关。结论上述影像学检查对眼眶皮样囊肿均有诊断价值,CT检查价值最大。

Analysis of photographic examining of orbital dermorid cyst

Objective To discuss the diagnostic role of the modern photographic methods used for orbital dermoid cyst. Methods X-ray, B-scan, color Doppler ultrasound, CT scan and Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) were used to examine 9 cases of orbital dermoid cyst. The imageings were analysed retrospectively. Results B-scan, CT Scan and MRI can locate and show the nature of the lesions. B-scan has better value to display internal structure and dynamics of the lesions. CT can discover the lesions and show exactly their locations. The result of MRI examination was connected with sebum and H . Conclusions The photographic methods can give help to diagnosis orbital dermoid cyst, CT scan is the most valuable examining.
