原发性高血压患者动态血压与左室肥厚相关性研究

目的探讨原发性高血压患者24h动态血压（24hABP）与左室肥厚的关系。方法选择10年以上病史、经冠脉造影或64排CT证实无冠心病的原发性高血压患者61例，分别作24hABP及多普勒超声心动图（Doppler echocardiography，DECG）检查，观察24hABP，包括24h平均收缩压（24hSBP）、24h平均舒张压（24hDBP）、24h平均脉压（24hPP）与室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）的关系。结果24hSBP、24hPP与IVST、LVPWT均有相关性（P〈0．05）。结论原发性高血压患者的左心室随着24hSBP增高及24hPP增大而肥厚。

Study of Correlations between Ambulatory Blood Pressure and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the correlations between dynamic blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension. Methods In 61 patients with essential hypertension,24 h ambulatory blood pressure （BP） was monitored and Doppler echocardiography was recorded. The correlations between 24 h ambulatory BP,24 h systolic BP,24 h diastolic BP, mean 24 h ambulatory pulse pressure （ PP）, interventricular septal thickness （IVST） and left ventricular posterior wall thickness（LVPWT） were observed. Results There were significant correlations between 24 h diastolic BP and IVST（r = 0. 416, P 〈0.01 ） ,24 h diastolic BP and LVPWT（r =0. 365,P 〈0.01 ） ,24 h PP and IVST（r =0. 335,P 〈0.05 ） ,and 24 h PP and LVPWT（ r = 0.347 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Left ventricular hypertrophy increased with 24 h SBP and 24 h PP in essential hypertension patients.
