| 摘 要： | 目的为脂肪肝寻找一种简易的诊断方法。方法应用ROC曲线（rece ive operating characteristic curve）定量诊断临界值评价脂肪肝危险因素,然后以最具意义指标的诊断临界值建立脂肪肝关系查询表。结果体质指数（BMI）、体重（BW）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、甘油三酯（TG）、极低密度脂蛋白（VLDL-C）、谷草转氨酶（AST）的ROC曲线下面积（AUC）分别为0.916、0.872、0.868、0.858、0.833、0.799,BMI临界值是组建脂肪肝关系查询表的最适合指标。结论BM I的ROC曲线临界值对脂肪肝具有高度特异性和灵敏度,其与脂肪肝关系查询表是一种方便、快捷的脂肪肝筛查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To find a simple and easy method of diagnosing fatty liver.
