有创动脉压监测在危重患者中的应用

目的：探讨有创动脉压（arterial blood pressure,ABP）监测在危重患者中的应用。方法：对2007年1月至2010年6月182例ICU患者采用外周动脉穿刺,有创动脉血压监测技术进行回顾性分析。结果：本组病例在留置有创测压期间,有效地对危重患者的血压、心率、血容量、血气分析进行了及时监控,动脉穿刺及测压成功率达90%以上。结论：有创动脉压监测的应用对指导危重患者的临床治疗、判断治疗效果具有重要意义。

The Application of Invasive Arterial Pressure Monitoring in Critically ill Patients

Objective： To explore the application of invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring in critically ill patients.Method： From Jan.2007 to Jun.2010,182 cases patients with peripheral arterial puncture in ICU,were reviewed invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.Result： The patients with invasive pressure measurement in the retention period,were monitored on the critical blood pressure,heart rate,blood volume,blood gas analysis timely,the success rate of arterial puncture and monitor of pressure was 90%.Conclusion： There’s significant difference of guiding the clinical diagnosis with invasive artenial pressure monitoring.
