523例老年人肺功能测定分析

本文对５２３例６０岁以上老年人进行了肺功能测定，其中健康组１０９例，健康吸烟组１０９例，慢性支气管炎组６７例，肺气肿组１９６例，肺心病组４１例。结果显示，健康老年人的肺功能随年龄增加而减低，长期吸烟不仅损害肺通气功能，亦损害小气道功能。而慢支和肺气肿患者随肺气肿程度的加重肺功能损害愈明显。故对ＣＯＰＤ患者应定期测定肺功能，了解肺功能损害程度，采取措施，积极预防。

The analyses of lung function results in 532 old people

The lung function of 532 old people aged above 60 was determined.The people were divided into 5 groups:chronic bronchitis ( n =67),emphysema ( n =196),cor pulmonale ( n =41),smoking ( n =109) and healthy group ( n =109).The results showed that the lung function of health old people descended with aging.Long smoking not only impaired lung function,but also small airway function.The lung function impairment in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema became gradually more obvious with increasing emphysema.Therefore,the lung function of patients with COPD should be regularly determined,which may contribute to understand the injury dogree of lung function and take preventive measures.
