| Abstract: | Summary The origins of cells projecting to the prefrontal cortex of the rabbit were studied, using horseradish peroxidase (HRP) technique. HRP injected into the prefrontal cortex labeled cells in the basal forebrain, lateral hypothalamus, raphe nuclei and locus coeruleus area on both sides. Labeled cells appeared also in the nucleus medialis dorsalis of the thalamus and other thalamic nuclei on the injection side. |
