| 摘 要： | 本文报告高位颈段脊髓肿瘤７０例，男性４４例，女性２６例，年龄１５～６１岁，平均年龄３６．６岁。病变位于脊髓外硬膜下４８例，髓内２１例，硬脊膜外１例，均经手术治疗。结果７０例中有５１例恢复工作，占７３％，生活能自理５例，占７．１％，另８例生活仍不能自理，占１１．４％。在院内死亡２例，占２．８５％。文章着重强调了手术操作技巧，术中应该注意维持患行的正常呼吸功能及术后的妥善处理等问题，这是手术成功的关键

| Abstract: | 70 cases or spinal cord tumor at high level(C1-4),Including 48 cases with in-
tradural extramedullary,21 cases with intramedullary and 1 case of extradural tumor,
were operated on in our hospital from 1975 through 1991.The results showed that,
postoperatively,51(73%)patients went back to their jobs,5(7.1%)resumed a normal
life and 8(11.4%)couldn't take care of themselves.Two(2.85%) cases died in hos-
pital.The authors suggested that successful operations on spinal cord tumors were
dependent upon the operative skill,maintaining a normal respiratory function and
appropriste postoperative management. |
