腰椎间盘突出并钙化症两种手术疗效分析

目的:探讨不同手术方法治疗腰椎间盘突出并钙化症的疗效。方法:腰椎间盘突出并钙化症74例,男48例,女26例,A组40例,采用全椎板切除,摘除突出并钙化之髓核;B组34例,采用双侧椎板间开窗摘除突出并钙化之髓核,有钙化并形成骨赘者用小弯凿凿去骨赘。结果:经5～60月平均18月随访,A组40例,优25例,良10例,可1例,差4例,优良率77.5%;B组34例,优20例,良12例,可2例,优良率94.1%。两组治疗结果统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:双侧椎板间开窗、髓核摘除、骨赘块凿除是治疗腰椎间盘突出并钙化的较理想的治疗方法,该项技术安全、方便、易行、效果好,值得推广。

Analysis of two methods for the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and calcification

Objective: To discuss the effects of two methods for the surgical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and calcification.Methods: 40 cases were treated with lamincotomy, 34 cases were treated with unilateral penestration between bilateral lamina arcus vertebrae. The nucleus pulposus herniation was resected, and bone excrescence chiseled. Results: The follow-up time was 5 to 60 months,with an average of 19.6 months , the rate of excellent and good result of the two methods were 77.5% and 94.1%.Conclusion: Unilateral fenestration between bilateral lamina arcus vertebrae,is a perfect treatment.It is safe, convenient and should be spread.
