蚌埠市私立医院传染病管理工作现况调查

目的了解蚌埠市私立医院《传染病防治法》落实情况,为政府进一步规范私立医院的传染病防治工作提供决策依据。方法采取现场检查、调查问卷、现场采样等多种方法对私立医院传染病防治情况进行监督监测。结果蚌埠市绝大多数私立医院未制定传染病管理相关制度,无专(兼)职人员负责传染病报告工作;传染病报告率仅为20.6%,消毒效果监测合格率为77.1%。结论蚌埠市私立医院传染病防治工作亟待加强。

Investigation on the Situation of Communicable Disease Management in Private Hospitals in Bengbu

Objective To understand situation of communicable disease management in private hospitals in Bengbu and provide the policy-making basis to government for prevent and control of the communicable disease in private hospitals.Methods Adopting the scene inspection,questionnaire and the disinfection effect estimation to inspect and supervise situation of the communication disease in private hospitals.Results The results showed that major private hospitals not only had not formulated system about the communicable disease,but also had not full-time or part-time staff to be responsible for reporting communicable diseases.The report rate of the communicable diseases was only 20.6%,qualified rate of effect was 77.1%.Conclusions The prevention and control of the communicable diseases in private hospitals should be urgently to strengthen.
