| 摘 要： | 本调查以100例法乐氏四联症患者的人类自细胞抗原(human leucocyte antigen,HLA)分型结果与健康群体样本进行抗原相对危险比及HLA单倍型关联分析,结果表明,该病不仅与HLA美联,且有呈现连锁不平衡之单倍型,进而证实了该病的发病与免疫遗传有关。

| Abstract: | The study of antigen relative risk and HLA haplotype association analysis of 100 patients of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) and control population revealed that TOF is not only associated with HLA but also has linkage disequilibrium haplotype. So the pathogenesis of TOF is related to inherited immunity. |
