眶内沟及其相关结构的研究

摘    要:对50个成年干颅骨的观察发现:100例眼眶外侧壁中64例(64%)有沟,在64例中有50例左、右侧同时存在眶内沟(78.1%)。在100例眼眶外侧壁(蝶骨大翼)上有75例存在脑膜一眶孔(75%)。眶内沟可能是眶下动脉和脑膜中动脉间的吻合血管压迫所致。脑膜一眶孔可能是血管的通道。同时本文还描述了棘孔和脑膜中动脉沟。

Abstract:The examination of 50 dry skulls of adults (a total of 100 orbits) demonstrated the presence of groove in one or both of the lateral walls of 64 orbits (64%). Fifty of those orbits (78.1%) were found to have intraorbital grooves at both sides. Foramina meningo-orbitale were present in the lateral walls (greater wings of the sphenoid) of 75 orbits (75%). The intraorbital groove probably lodges anastomotie blood vessels between the middle meningeal and infraorbital arteries. The foramen meningo-orbitale appears to be a passage for the blood vessels. In addition, the foramen spinosum and the sulcus of arteria meningea media were also observed.
